The properties itself was decent. However, the bathrooms are very small with no room to move around. Also, the walls are very thin. There was a family next-door to us that was really loud and kept us up for hours.

I loved to stay in this hotel! It has the best breakfast ever!!! The only thing I would say I didn't like is that the room smelled a little muddy; the sofa and chairs had an old aspect and looks like people come wet from the pool and sit on the sofa, maybe that's the reason why. Besides that they provide us an old crib to my baby and it is ok to be old, however it has a not so clean blanket on top of the mattress that I had to remove and use my own baby bed sheets. Also, there was a towel that was haging behind the bathroom door, I believe they forgot to remove it to clean. I hope they improve on cleanliness and update some furniture... maybe with a faux leather one, to prevent this smell and change carpet to a hardwood floor. But the beds were very clean and soft, the staff was very friendly, and again, the breakfast was the best part!!!! There was a lot of different types of food, like waffles, eggs, salsage, hamburger, bread, baggles, chocolate milk, oatmeal, boiled egg... and etc! I hope they improve on those topics, and they keep this awesome breakfast!!!

Spacious suite but showing its age

I booked this location for the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout plus a sofa bed. Our suite was on the 5th floor. Thankfully our group was smaller and fit in the bedrooms because the sofa bed ended up being unusable—the cushions had a strong odor. The suite itself showed its age: wall-to-wall carpeting that never felt fully clean, a cramped kitchen, and a master bathroom with an awkward layout. The elevators were noisy and smelly. On the plus side, kitchen amenities in the suite were cleaned, the pool was relaxing, and the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast room felt cramped, and the options were highly processed, though that seems standard for this hotel chain.

Staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We stayed for a week and outside of 1 night the hot tub wasn’t very hot it was perfect! (Mama needs the hot tub after walking them parks ALL day lol) But we made a call and by the next day it was fixed. I absolutely give them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we will definitely be back soon. ~The Bartholomew’s❤️

There were holes in the walls in the suite everywhere and we had infected room with roaches in are room and yes i let the staff know. There were roaches outside of the rooms as well. It was nasty and a dirty property we did not eat anything from the property.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Pool was really nice, though there were some loose bricks around the pool deck and hot tub. Lots of families were staying there, so for families looking to book in the future I would highly recommend.
