Property is good small for 4 people bur nice but is need to be updated ex. Phone does not work, theres no stove or dishwasher, dinning table takes all space, have put 4 requestes to get more towels , pillows blankets, toilette paper etc and no response. They supposed to have broom dust pan and mop and theres only a dust pan no dish soap or cleaning supplies to keep unit clean while there. But the staff is nice and the property is very well located and prices are the best in the market in comparison with a Motel like STAYABLE KISSIMMEE WEST which charges the same and sometimes even more and theres only a studio no kitchen or space. Best prices on 3 party companies and deposit can carrie over wherever way you pay theres no restrictions or where to book and deposit. Be aware the resort fee. That is the only thing that I will never agree with any places.

Check In at the beginning was not good. The person was not having a good day I believe. I asked questions and response was with attitude. He gave me a room that I didn’t pay for. Room smell very bad, patio door didn’t close. After I went back and spoke to the manager Isamar and she was very nice and gave me my upgrade. After all that I was very happy with my stay.

My stay was very short only one night. The inside of the hotel was clean could be cleaner. My room was nice and clean. However they have a coffee machine with no coffee. The bathroom had no hand soap. The room has a washer and dryer with no detergent. It should have a least two incase. Most room have these items.

My daughter was checking in, she was short the $150 credit card deposit (although offered cash). We said we would put our card down. We were on the phone. After much cajoling we got a manager on the phone who told us to email her specific information, we confirmed the email with her twice she said it was fine. We sent the email and then called back to check with that manager that it was received. We were informed that she had gone on break knowing we were calling right back! The other manager confirmed the email again and we said we would wait on the line while another manager was able to help us. When that manager got on the phone she informed us we had the email ( that we confirmed 3 times) wrong. We corrected and resent. She was able to clear everything. She stated my daughter could check in. She attempted again and again had trouble, we the person checking her in told us the manager we spoke to wasn’t working! We finally resolved that, got the manager over there and they were checked in (her, her husband and 2 toddlers). The whole process took over 2 hours!!!

Wonderful Property

Property was beautiful, condo very clean, kitchen was stocked with cups, plates, silverware and cooking pots and pans, even had a roll of paper towels and soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. Only thing I would say “needs work” is the jet tube in the room. It was pretty out dated and jets could use a deep cleans. But we had no plans on using tube anyway. Overall we will definitely book the property again for another family vaca. We didn’t get a chance to visit all the pools but 7 pools is definitely a plus with the kids.
