If they figure out how to manage oops the check in process, they will be a 10 out 10. The property is great but the check on the weekend takes hours. I know Ming lines are the norm at nearby Disney but this isn’t a thrill ride.

Everything was good! just felt timeshare pressure during check-in and another occasion when I was entering my building they tried to ask me about it again. It's a bit much but the place is lovely.

The room itself needs updated furniture, when my partner and I used the hot tub there was old brown dirt that shot out the jets of the hot tub into the water leaving a residue ring around the tub. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either the bed squeaked really loud just sitting on it and wasn’t attached to the wall and the mattress itself had a dent in it making it somewhat uncomfortable as well, The room itself outside of that was clean and spacious. Mostly all the staff didn’t speak English which wasn’t helpful when needing assistance to navigate. Overall an okay stay but definitely not “resort-ish”

We arrived around 8pm, check in was at 4pm - when we got to our first room, upon arriving to the room the door was open it wasn’t done being cleaned. They then delivered us keys for our second room and when it arrived at that room the door was propped open with a door stopper and clearing in the process of being cleaned but not yet clean— we then went back to the front desk showed them pictures of the second room and waited for a manager. The manager was apologetic and I emailed her the pictures for their cleaning company she did upgrade our room for free and the new room was clean and so pretty and huge! We asked for late check out because we hadn’t got to our room finally until about 10pm, we were told we could check out at 11:30 am. The day of check out we were disturbed multiple times by the cleaners from about 9:30 until we finally just left at 11am after repeatedly letting them know we were told we could leave at 11:30. Other than all the issues with the cleaners the girl at the front desk and manager that helped resolve the issue were friendly and apologetic.
