On the initial day of my stay at 1000am, i requested an early(if available) request was approved. They did not charge the 100 dollar fee that the website listed. They took my information down, gave me temporary access to the pool area. I checked out of my previous hotel because they stated it would available at 1130-1200. After revisiting the desk at 1230, they stated it would be available at 1pm. Ok.. it wasnt guaranteed but we were hopeful. We were told the unit would be available closer to 230pm. The lack of communication was the problematic. As previously mentioned, the 2nd night, cottage access was deactivated. We returned at 2330 pm could not enter. Upon gaining entry, it appeared that someone had entered the unit. Items were placed differently throughout the unit. Windows and curtains were opened. A TV that was previously turned off, was on. The representative that reactivated the entry bracelets could not explain why they were deactivated. The color was yellow. Did not revisit the registration desk after entering. The rental is good through December 27th. However no explanation given. Went to registration desk to obtain sheets for one of the beds, which required changing. They stated someone would bring them to the unit. 11/2hrs later, returned to desk to physically receive requested sheets. 2 hrs or more after receiving sheets, someone delivered them. On Christmas approximately 0930 am another set of sheets were delivered related to the initial request.

It truly is a home away from home with 2 floors and 2x bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Washer/Drier, Dishwasher, full kitchen. It's very nice. Smart TV's x3 and ceiling fans.

The only thing that got me by surprise that at the end of the stay they sent me a message saying you have to throw away all trash into an outside bin, put the AC at 78, turn off all lights and fans. Usually, I pick up and go!!!

We paid for a cottage with a pool. The pool was freezing thre entire time. We asked several times for it to be heated and it never was sobwe never got to use the pool. We could've saved money on a cottage without the pool if we weren't going to be able to use it.
