Our stay was excellent. The property is beautiful and very wrll maintained. Our room was clean, roomy, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. All 3 of the bathrooms were clean. We did visit the on property restaurants and the service was excellent and food was delicious.

Resort is nice and customer service once you are there is great . We called for bath chair , sheet for sofá bed , detergent for the washer response was always quick and nice people . The bad waa checking in with a lady whose name was “day” I asked to be close to the lazy river as my mom 91 years

The vents and floors were very dirty. We had 3 babies with us and had to clean their feet several times a day because they would be black after walking around the room. The intake vent that was also at the babies level was also extremely dusty. Other than that we had a great stay and loved all the pool options and the proximity to Disney is perfect
