Good stay we were just there for a day since we were leaving on a cruise. I stayed at this hotel before and i thought it was run down since the last time i stayed. Service was great, pool was cold and lazy river a little to dirty for me.

Used to be our favorite hotel

We have stayed here many times (15+) since 2018 as we frequent Disney. This time we was a little more disappointed than usual due to the fact that our room was never serviced, even though we made the front desk aware. We had to walk to the lobby to obtain towel 2 times, and our trash was never removed. This hotel used to offer wonderful toiletries from cascadia, and had big fluffy bath towels, this time not so much. There was also dehumidifiers everywhere and it appears they have moisture problems. The carpet in the hallway and by the elevator had some big stains as well. The staff is very nice, and we wonder if some of the things that we are displeased over is due to staffing? Anyways, this was one of our favorite places to stay, but over time it seems to have taken “the cheap” route on some things. Maybe we will come back, but we are debating on looking at other places for our next visit in a couple of months.

Like, Beds were comfortable. Dislike no one would ever answer the phones from the hotel staff. Almost cut my foot with the bathtub stopper. The rugs outside the rooms are in bad shape. Nothing was pointed out by staff members. If was our first and last time, there. One elevator was broken down.

We liked how it was conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. None of the ice makers worked on our floor, no turn down service, and we called the front desk multiple times and no answer. Also, no coffee maker in room and pools are not heated
