Dusty room. We were sneezing a lot. We didn’t use the facilities because we used the hotel for bath and sleep only. The check in lady was really nice!! Hotel is average for me.

We stayed at the Red Lion Hotel in Orlando for four days and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around Orlando. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the breakfast options. Breakfast was provided each morning, which we appreciated, but the choices were usually the same every day. Adding more variety to the breakfast menu would really improve the overall stay. Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we enjoyed our time there.

The place was clean. And kind of updated. The hallway carpets need to be replaced. 4th floor hallway smelled weird. Could not see out the windows in the hallway. Looked like water had been in the window at one point. One evening there was a homeless person in the lobby. Rooms lack places to put clothing and to set up luggage. No desk, no drawers.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfy. The bfast buffet could use some more help. No microwave to heat up stuff and the pancake syrup was trickling as if needed a bigger spout, took a long time to get just a little bit out. They were running out of some food and coffee. Also the eggs were overcooked and oatmeal was undercooked and too watery. It was clear they were under staffed and just couldn’t keep up. If you went closer to the closing time there was hardly any food left. My advice: go early to get what you deserve.

There was only one server in the room for breakfast. It was a long wait for drinks. The lazy river was cold and "lazy " We were disappointed in the limited dining. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice.
