The house we received had mouse droppings in bathroom. Complained to front desk and they said that the manager would contact me. The manager never contacted me during my stay. We paid $200 dollars for the pool to be heated for three days.never got heat the first day . I called many times to have someone check it if it was working. The next day I called to complain again a few more times around 3:45pm someone finally came to check and got the heat on. When we returned from dinner . The heat was good. The next day the pool was so hot it was not comfortable. We were told the hot tub would be 101 and the pool around 89. The pool was way hotter than 89. The front desk was friendly said I would not be charged for the first day of heat . Unfortunately I have not received any compensation.really I think they should refund the whole amount of the heat for the pool. I was also told I would get compensation for the mess in the bathroom. None has been give.
