They need to give an instruction on how to locate the office building to check in. And we're always having problems to get back to the property whenever we went out. It's forever for someone to respond to the intercom for the access to the resort.

Loved the property , it has everything you need and more , clean and comfortable, our family enjoyed the pool and slide , will definitely come and stay at property next time we come to Florida .

I had called to be informed of all additional options - I was told it would cost $68.10 to heat the Villa pool. I was not informed that you had to pay that to have your “hot tub” be hot. Our pool heated up over 100 and hot tub was only in 80’s (thermostats seemingly backwards) it made our pool unusable and they would not Credit me back even though the pool water burned the kids skin. We had week old water park bracelets in our backyard and pool was super low on water, and filthy. A pool guy came to clean it and left the hose and a weird contraption the hose goes into; for the whole rest of our stay - causing a tripping hazard. He also was supposed to have someone fix the pool light and no one came back (no lights around pool so it was very dark at night). The resort gives you the run around and different numbers to call for each different person to tell uou there’s not a thing they can do as you have to call another department (one that gave me their number). The water park and pool bar close if it’s under 60 degrees, or if there may be rain or storms coming in. That pool bar/restaurant is the only reasonable place for family friendly options and prices. There were a few days the park was not open; rendering the kids favorite restaurant and fun times not an option. I paid for a park view, hot a highway in my backyard. It’s a very nice resort, and the staff for kids activity and wait staff/bar staff were all great. Other staff need to be more accommodating and receptive.

Our stay at Encore Resort @ Reunion for a family reunion was so bad, it became comical and we gave up. First, when we moved into the house, the carpet was so fithy, it worse than a dingy movie motel. All 11 family members refused to go barefoot - hardly relaxing. The lights kept switching off in the kitchen despite resetting the breakers many times (5 times per hour). Desperate, we called and they moved us to another house. Unfortunately, the carpets in House #2 were almost as disgusting. We called for the carpets to be steamed & confirmed an appointment twice. Nobody showed. We were told it would be days so we gave up. Concurrently, the house had an excruciatingly, uninhabitable loud alarm for the pool if you open the patio door. It stopped working and so the alarm was constantly on, turning the vacation from a nightmare to a horror story. We begged maintenance. They assured us they would fix it while we were at the parks. We came back. Same noise. We gave up calling with the service, having called at least 10 times at this point, a ruined vacation. We opened up the panel, disabled the alarm & then extra watched the kiddos for pool safety. Also, the breakers in this 2nd house kept tripping off. Grandma got caught in the dark in the shower calling for help. Unsafe! In summary, the property’s water park was nice but the houses are filthy, poorly maintained and serviced. We have pictures & videos of all. We will not be returning and would love a refund.

Fantastic I really enjoyed my self I felt like home and my kids really enjoyed they self the game area kept the kid occupied the pool kept me occupied I didn’t wanted to get out ever chance I got I was in da pool enjoying myself I had an great experience at the home I’m am coming back very soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The house itself was nice, new and clean. Our kids loved the private pool, air hockey and my sister loved the old school video game machine. The house was missing a few key items. Dish towels and a dust pan. We called and asked for them 3 different times over 2 days before finally receiving just dish towels and buying a dust pan at Walmart. Our key cards stopped working at the gate after a day or two, all 5 of them. We ordered from the restaurant once and the chicken was dangerously under cooked. We didn’t use the water park but it looked pretty cool. The worst part of it all was that on our check out day my husband suffered a Grand Mal Seizure. This had never happened before and I had to rush him to the hospital leaving my sister there with my three kids and no car. When I called to ask for an extension on check out they did nothing to accommodate me in an emergency situation. I ended up having to leave my husband at the hospital and rush to get them. It made an awful situation that much more difficult. I’m still at the hospital with him for testing more than 24 hours later. I would probably go back because the accommodations are nice but don’t expect any type of service. It’s not happening.

This property is centrally located to Disney and surrounding areas so we were in a great location. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The property has everything you could ask for except for a Spa. That is only one of two things I would change and the other being an easier way to get across the street if staying on the other side of the property and a separate access for guests of visitors/owners.

Awesome place!!!

Encore Resort is wonderful! The home we stayed in was very spacious and immaculatey clean. From the moment we stepped on the property to check in we were treated like royalty. The food in the restaurant was delicious and we loved the fact that they will deliver to your home. They will gladly drive you to any of the local attractions so you can avoid parking and be dropped off right at the door. The water park area was a blast and so well kept. We are planning to return to the area soon and we will not stay anywhere else now.
