The photos used are very misleading. The room was very dark - it felt like a cave. The bed sheets felt damp and the whole room felt like mold could be present. The last straw was that there was no hot water and after a long day at the park, it was very disappointing to say the least. The front desk sent someone to check the water for us promptly however, he couldn’t do anything about it. With all of this, we couldn’t see ourselves spending the next 4 nights there. It would have been miserable.

The room was ok however there is a problem with the hot water system and it takes a while to get the water warm enough to shower. The laundry service did not deliver wash cloths so there were none in the room. Apparently the staff knew these facts but did not disclose either to us. Both issues are basic necessities and expected .

The room and facility was clean. The reason for 3 stars is, 1 our reservation was for 4 people staying in the room. 2 kids 2 adults for a single night. If the room sleeps 4 you'd think they would give you enough towels for 4 people nope. Only 2. The 2nd issue and the biggest, no hot water! It just happened to be a cold day, the highest temp for the was mid 50s. We checked in at night and the temp was mid 40s outside. We just spent the day at Disney. No one likes a cold shower on cold days.

We booked a standard king bedroom. Although the hotel seems to be at 70% vacancy, we were given an accessible unit. Not the most desirable room and bathroom there is. The cleaning person only replaced a few towels and not wash towels in any of the 4 days we stayed. Never replaced the hand soap in the sink area. Not the property inside and out hotel in the area.
