Needed to pay for room cleaning. Both sofas were filthy and the only way we could use them for sleeping was without pulling out as a bed. Saw croaches in the room every day. Evening reception staff was very nice but the day staff was not so much nice if we asked for new towels.

A nice one night stay for us to go to Disney. Great location. Easy Uber ride to parks. Clean rooms. Great view! Did not get to enjoy the amenities.

Great stay!
If you are looking for high end this is not your hotel. However if you are looking for exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, super convenient and quiet, this is a great choice! The property is slightly dated but the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Great hot shower! The view in the back and the dock is relaxing. The location is convenient to restaurants and to Disney properties. Very safe and quiet property. Would absolutely stay again.
