There was mold everywhere when I walked out of the elevator to my floor there were 3 buckets with an active leak in which the ceiling had visible mold. When I walked into my room it smelled like walking into an indoor pool minus the chlorine

Do not book!

Hotel is old and unclean. Air conditioning unit was loud and noisy. Hair from previous guest was in the bathroom sink and shower. The pillows were dirty and stained. I do not recommend.

So old and outdated. Feels dirty even tho they keep it pretty clean. Water pressure in the shower was horrendous. Smoke alarm went off falsely two days in a row. Beds were awfully squeaky. It’s ok on a budget I guess but I’ll gladly pay a little more to be anywhere else.

Room was clean and breakfast was fairly good. Hotel overall was out of date and felt somewhat dingy. The entire hotel is desperately in need of a full renovation. When e were on our way out we had to say excuse me to the bug spray people. In my entire life of staying at hotels, I've never seen this before. Im glad they were spraying for bugs, but maybe do it when people aren't around.

The property was ok. Unfortunately after santizing everything I moved to the bathroom and the toilet didnt flush. They did move us to another room but had to go thru the sanitizing process all over. Then the pool pump broke but it was fixed the next day. The hot tub was not hot but the jet were ok.

Never again!

I thought it was very out dated.. pics was not the same… the floor we were on smelled extremely bad… the floors themselves were filthy.. breakfast was okay but the room was so hot you could barely enjoy your food and was told you couldn’t take food outside the room Even though it was throw away plates… wouldn’t recommend and if I would have had the extra money would have left and found somewhere else to stay!

Smell from the garbage from the restaurant downstairs. The fire alarm went off at 7:44 am. The hallway paint is horrible. Some group in one room making noise during the night. The breakfast was terrible and is not free, you have to pay a fee for it. I have to go back like five times to get my card keys reprogrammed. A nightmare week. The staff tried to help but too meny problems.

It was ok in need of updates renovations.....no tv in the kids room🙄 it was clean but could use real eggs in the breakfast.....and the property needs landscaping and all the trash removed from the back side.....towel got stop up ant the pool area needs some life to it

It’s nice hotel room but I can’t plug my charger on the lamp and not comfortable on the bed mattresses. The room temperature is not great for me.

Great value

This hotel was great for a 3-day stay at Disney. The breakfast filled us up every morning. The rooms we're clean, though a bit dated. The location was excellent. We would stay here again.

Everything was ok except the bed. It is springy. So springy, I left with my husband to Hampton Inn and I let my adult son have this lousy room so I wouldn't take a loss in pay. Bed is HORRIBLE. Food is ok, though. They have the cutest Mickey waffles.
