The overall stay was just okay. The room had ants, the bathroom is out dated, the toilet was damn near to the ground & had to pay for parking on top of the resort fee. The loaction is not the best if you’d like to be near downtown Disney & other attractions.

Clean room however upon arriving at check in, getting off elevator had a mildew smell. The lobby smelled amazing. Staff very friendly in all areas. Breakfast had great variety and overall very good with great waiter. Outdoor pool was good and waterfall made it so calming however very hard to find seating by larger pool.

The room had a weird smell when we first got in. Almost as if they used dirty water to clean. The staff was always really nice and helpful. Did have a issue on the last day with the cleanig personnel just walking into room without even knocking was surprised that it happened 3 times that day.

Don’t fall for the “25 free” they tell you. They bill you for it on top of destination fee…25 then parking another $25. All most 100 per day. The room had all our stuff moist by the end of the night. We were there 7 days. I git sock the 3rd day and could barely breathe. No towels given. Had to ask. Then they’d be out. When the room was cleaned housekeeper was awesome!!!

We've stayed at this hotel before without an issue. Unfortunately at our most recent stay we had a few issues arise. The TV was broken. We eventually were able to turn it on, but it was extremely glitchy, to the point we couldn't even try to watch. There were multiple hairs in the shower that did not belong to anyone in our party, considering we found them before even turning on the shower.
