Amazing stay! So much room and everything was clean and updated. So close to the Disney parks. Wish we would’ve had time to enjoy more of the property amenities but it was a perfect resting place for our family with plenty of room. Already recommended to a friend.

The room was stuffy and musty. We tried to turn the A/C on and it did not work well nor would it blow air. The room did not have enough coffee packets, only 1, I called the front desk and asked for more. They said they would send some but no one ever showed up. Plus they charged a resort fee of $56 AND a $200 deposit. There was no “tap” option on their CC machine. Once I checked out my bank reported identity theft. I suspect it was this resorts machine. Someone was making multiply charges with my CC number on Facebook. I do not have Facebook!

We enjoyed our stay at Orbit One Villas. When we checked in the front desk gave us a handicapped accessible room. We didn’t request this and asked for another room (which they gave us a newer updated room in A-11. It was beautiful. The first night that we were there the internet went out for most of the day. I needed to work and use the WiFi. I couldn’t work due to the outage. I wished the front desk would have refunded the resort fee for the day. Hot tub, well kept facilities and overall a good stay.
