Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Freddy, which we appreciated. However, we arrived approximately 15 minutes after our scheduled check-in time, and our room was not yet ready. We waited an additional 15 minutes before being informed that the room was available.
Once in the room, we conducted our usual routine of disinfecting and inspecting the space and noticed several concerns. Both beds had spots and visibly wrinkled sheets that appeared as though they had already been used. When housekeeping arrived she said it’s just spots it’s clean we still wanted her to change the linens, we discovered a large hole in the sheets on one of the beds. Needless to say, this was very disappointing.
Later during our stay, we removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign and placed used towels on the floor as instructed. Unfortunately, the towels were not replaced, and the bathroom was not cleaned, although the beds were made.
Additionally, there is no fitness center available on the property, which was unexpected.
On the fourth night of our stay, we requested clean towels. When staff delivered them, we were not provided with enough towels for our room and were told to reuse the towels we already had, which was unacceptable.
And breakfast was a disappointment. The area was untidy and the quality was poor.
Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience and did not meet our expectations.
