The hallways had a clean smell, hotel grounds were clean, staff friendly, but housekeeping never made the beds when they came in, even when there was nothing sitting on our beds (personal items), The plumbing was not good, both bathroom sinks had a very slow drain and the toilet clogged on the last night due to poor plumbing. The coffee was pretty good, they only had caffeinated tea bags which I found strange, no chamomile, the breakfast was very limited and extremely crowded. The location of the hotel is great though, overall it was decent. Oh and the bed sheets had stains all over though, and they did not have regular hotel blankets, very strange material for the bedding. They did offer free warm cookies every evening which the kids enjoyed. That was a nice touch.

The pros and cons of Galleria Palms: Staff, especially Freddy, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Comfortable beds. Good HVAC in room. Generally quiet. Not so good: Housekeeping. Bathroom is worn and stained, but also not 100% clean, i.e. hair on shower walls. I asked for housekeeping one day during my 6 day stay. I came back to find coffee pods, toilet paper and kleenex had not been replenished, Soiled bathmat removed but not replaced. Both bathroom sinks and bathtub had dripping faucets. Nothing major, but enough little annoyances that I will look for something else next time.

Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options and the ladies keeping it well stocked and clean were doing so with a smile and were so nice. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff had our AC off so the room was a good temperature since it was freezing outside. Bathroom was well equipped and clean- even offering a makeup towel to clean your face. Overall a great stay and will happily stay here next visit to Orlando.
