Our bathroom door was swelling from the bottom, losing plywood (i guess) made it hard to close or open the door, found my 3yo screaming in the middle of the night cause she couldnt get out. The rule you cant take food to your room is ridiculous. My kids have sleep disorders and wont get up, so we either cant eat, some eat, or have to juggle sleeping kids with us to the dining room.

Let's start of with saying the staff was great. The strong fragrance smell in the hotel was overwhelming. I couldn't sleep the first night since it was so strong. The breakfast was a bunch of frozen potatoes, eggs and sausage/bacon poured into pans. It was gross and just mushy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. With all the options please pick another one.

The stay was great. This was our second time staying here and we decided to switch our reservations with another hotel in a couple months to this one. Its close to the parks. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety. Cookies in the evening were a nice added touch which we appreciated. Rooms were clean. We would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is clean and the price is just right. The only thing is that at 5am noise from the staff who is getting the breakfast ready is not good. Staff is friendly.

Wonderful stay with family. Hotel is close to everything including major attractions and had a shuttle to go to the parks. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was awesome. 15 min drive to Disney. Hot coffee and tea available all day long. Pool was perfect for a rest day for the kids. Breakfast had a lot of options and was always stocked. Room was super clean.

I have stayed at Galleria Palms numerous times over the last several years. I was there for two nights and two days this time. While still a decent choice for Disney visitors it seems that the property is deteriorating. For three of the four showers I took there was No Hot Water. Very disappointing to have to shower in cold water after long days at the parks. Also the toilet was very loud and squeaky which was no fun.

The room 118 was clean (looked like it was recently renovated). Dakota and Leo at the front desk were great, attentive and nice. The hotel offers free shuttle service to many parks and the breakfast was very nice and plentiful. I will stay here again!
