Overall, our experience at the property was positive. The cottage provided a tranquil environment, and the ease of access made coming and going a breeze. However, one minor inconvenience was the limited supply of towels, which meant sharing among our group of five until we discovered the extra towels tucked away under the TV cabinet upon check-out. Additionally, the lack of information regarding amenities’ locations could be improved to enhance the guest experience. On a positive note, the staff member who checked us in at 1 AM was exceptional. Despite the late hour, she was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth arrival process. Since we had a rental car, we didn’t utilize the resort’s transportation services, but the availability of staff made a positive impression.

We had an absolute blast celebrating my mother's 90th birthday here with the whole family in one 4 BR cottage. The bed configuration wasn't exactly as described, but the kids didn't seem to mind one big bed instead of the two twins we were expecting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great, especially the arcade style video game and third floor balcony. I would give the place 5 stars if it weren't for a couple of issues. One, the temp of the water in our pool got up to 101 degrees, with the hot tub turned off. I don't believe anyone ever came to check on it, and if they did they didn't tell us the outcome. Not refreshing to say the least. The kids didn't seem to mind, but I definitely got over heated after playing in there for a while. Second, a better description of "self sustaining" would have been helpful. Had we known that basic supplies like toilet paper and hand soap would not be provided we could have planned accordingly and not spend vacation time making runs to the store. There was an odd mix of items provided in the kitchen, but that is pretty normal for rentals of this nature. Since other linens are provided, it would have been super helpful to include a dish towel or drainer or some where to set clean dishes when washed in the sink. But now that we know, we will definitely consider coming back, maybe at a cooler time of year!

Hello! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. When booking on any 3rd party website, bedding configurations will always be a request. While we do our best to accommodate these, it is not always possible. As for the pool temperature, the weather index has been reaching extreme highs and unfortunately due to the pools being outdoors we can not control how hot the pools get thanks to the harsh sun and heat. We also make sure that our self-sustainability is clearly outlined at the start of your stay so there are no surprises when you enter the cottage or during your stay.

We stayed in 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath cottage with our own private pool and hot tub. It had everything you need there’s a Walmart close to grocery shop. There’s a free shuttle on site you call and they will take you where you want to go on the resort or off. Not sure how far they travel as we didn’t use them but they did advertise shuttle to parks. The hotel part where you check in does have a provision store. We didn’t check it out but you can see it on YouTube videos of the resort. The city walk is fun with lots of places to shop and eat and it’s right next to resort the shuttle will take you and pick you up last pick up on a weeknight when we used it was 10:45. But it is walkable. This is an amazing resort. I would go back again for sure and I’d highly recommend it!
