The room was outdated, the bed itself was very uncomfortable but most of the staff was professional and courteous. For this to be a resort, it just seemed to me to be lagging behind in modern decor in 2026.

Other than sending. Disabled couple to a 4th floor room with no elevator (it was down) and the closest was on the other side of the block. They did move us to another room and that was fine. The issue was I reserved an accessable room and that's not what we got. Overall .. the staff was diligent in accommodating us and the stays are peaceful, relaxing, and usually quiet. We enjoy that the property is centrally located away from Irlo Bronson Parkway with easy access from either gate. Also . They have manned gates for your safety.
