Really beautiful property with lots to do! The only downside was that the internet was sooo bad that I wasn’t able to connect for most of the stay. Unfortunately some of us have to work even on vacation and this was extremely frustrating. Great gym and location- I would stay again but take more PTO. ☺️

Huge place. Check in took a long time, even at midnight, appreciated late check in. Pool for loyalty members did not open until 11 which was late for us to leave. No showers after pool before leaving the area.

The room was the worst I've ever had. The fist thing walking into it was the smell, then to take a shower the handle did not work, called for help that took over 2 hours for someone to say it was working for him. My husband had to turn the shower on and off for me, the heat/air conditioner did not work. All of this after my husband was the only one registration would talk to at the start with not only being asked to sign up for their time share program over 8 times attempting him before he received our room number. We wanted to move away from this location for the rest of our stay but, said we would not let this location be the end of our Disney trip for out grandkids. I would like to see a full refund from this location.
