I had prepaid my stay and when I arrived at 3am, after a delayed flight, I was told they had no room for me. They were unapologetic, no empathy, and told me to go to their inferior sister property and to get there at my own expense. The treatment I received was unprecedented. I am currently fighting to get my refund.

I normally have no issues with any Hilton Resorts, but as I was getting ready to cook, I opened the silverware drawers and immediately Mite bugs are crawling all over the utensils. I usually stay at Mystic Dunes, and thought I would give this place a try. As far as the staff goes, they were amazing! I really think they just need a little updating.

This place surpassed all my expectations. Beautiful grounds and very well maintained. Staff was friendly but not in your space. Pools and spas were spotless. Super close to everything Orlando but far enough to be quiet. Wish the room had streaming ready TV’s but watched those services on my iPad. No biggie. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hotel was ok!!

We have stayed at numerous Hilton grand properties and this one was by far the lowest ranking. Staff was pleasant room was clean but kind of dated. Our room was on the 3rd level with no elevator. Room service never came within our 4night stay… we had to call someone to pick up trash… although it was an ok experience I will never stay there again

Excellent stay at a beautiful property . Susanna the Conceirge was very helpful with any questions we had . There were always pool chairs and any requests were filled right away . This was our 3rd stay and we’ll be back !
