We paid for a cottage with a pool. The pool was freezing thre entire time. We asked several times for it to be heated and it never was sobwe never got to use the pool. We could've saved money on a cottage without the pool if we weren't going to be able to use it.

Two only concern water was cool in the shower . In the bedroom that was in the first floor we found a faked lashes in the bed meaning the sheets were dirty and never were changed before we arrived . That definitely was not nice

Upon my arrival I was not fully informed about resort instead I was brought to presentation to cell me vaccination points…. I felt very uncomfortable and pressured in what I did not want and it took 2 hr for me to get out from there ! The villa we stayed in, stood out the most very clean, nice location, except for the main road was a little busy to get to the resort great amenities the pool was fantastic. Several pools one close by and one upfront great and the people there fantastic helped us with anything and everything we needed. Text me all through the trip to make sure I had everything And if everything was going all right, great place will stay again.

Amazing property. Lighting needs to be on a dimmer. It’s soooo bright. Shower so high up on the wall it barely makes a difference when you’re 5’4 and under.

All Staff was great! Cottage was nice, but there were no charging ports which we are used to having in our hotels. The pool at the cottage was too cold to use, but the pools at the resort was awesome! They also allow guests to use the Embassy Suites pool which actually had lounge chairs in the water! The Salty Rim pool bar had a fellow playing guitar and singing, which was piped throughout the pool areas speakers. We loved it!

The Villa was amazing. Bathroom for every bedroom. Spotless. Check in was very fast, convenient and so very helpful. Loved our guys cheerful and helpful personality. Even got free rum punch to start girls trip out right.
