Awful. “Renovated” just means badly painted — . Tiny room and bathroom, shower with mold, smelled of smoke and mildew. We booked two rooms for five people and they put us in separate buildings, then lied about being sold out while an empty room sat next to ours. Breakfast was small, crowded, and terrible. Avoid this place.

I stayed at this budget hotel during a business stay up in Orlando. The property as an old style two story motel with outdoor hallways. The blinds on the unit do not close all the way, not providing proper privacy in my opinion. When I woke up in the morning, where a cockroach ran under the bed. To their credit, they did remodel the unit so they look a little bit more modern. It did have a microwave and a small refrigerator, which was ice cold. Always a plus in Florida. The other thing that was funny was the shower knobs on the shower were mismatched. The showerhead was one of those large ones with very little water pressure. Clearly this is run as a budget hotel and I get what I pay for. What's gonna have breakfast but there are too many people downstairs and limited choice. Wyndham brand hotels do not measure up to other brands.

Dirty, filthy, nasty. If you book through Expedia they will immediately charge you and if you end up in a disgusting unit that you immediately check out of because of the horrid conditions, Expedia will do everything to steal your money. Checked in and immediately checked out and I haven’t gotten any refund from Expedia. Never will I use Expedia again. Scam website promoting fleabag motels.

I got a king size bed for myself and my daughter since she sleeps with me. First night my stuff became infested with ants and the tv wasn’t working. The next morning they moved me to a room with queen sized beds. I left my charger in the first room and when I went back the housekeeper said it wasn’t there although it was just 5 mins before. I was uncomfortable sleeping the next night the whole reason I booked a king size. I told them I was unhappy and they only refunded me $30. That’s pretty much the cost of my charger. The food was also cold and gross. The refrigerator for breakfast holding the butter and milk was not cold. Overall experience never again

First room that we were put in did not work. Front desk had to slam his body into the door just for it to open. Thank you to the front desk person for giving us another room. He was super kind and was willing to work with us. He is the reason why I gave this hotel more stars than I should. I paid close to $200 for this hotel when the door to the first room didn’t work, and the door to the second room didn’t work until I had to slam my body into the room. Not only that, the shower missing its draining plug, walls with chipped paint, and house keeping coming to bang on our door to see if we were leaving (which that day was not check out). The only reason I picked this hotel was because I saw breakfast was included through Expedia. Speaking of Expedia, Expedia website showed beautiful pictures of the place and when we arrived, the look of the building did not match the cleanliness we saw in the pictures in which I spent that $200. Not satisfied with this stay for spending that much money.

We only stayed for one night and to the hotel super late after a full day at the theme parks. The guy at front desk was really nice for check in. Upon getting to our room, we noticed that from the renovation it just looked like a lot of it was unfinished and messy. Our biggest issue, was with the towels; we found random hair in all of our towels. I will say though, the bed was comfy. Though it was a decent one night stay, we will not be retuning.
