Thank you for taking the time to visit us. We are glad to hear you liked the location. Our apologies for the issue with the room key, but we are glad the staff fixed it quickly. We are also sorry that your room was not what you were expecting. We have many rooms, and the one pictured may have been different then what you booked. Our staff does try to meet any room requests when available, just let us know how we can help. Next time you are in the area, we hope you will consider staying with us again.
