Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. They called to make sure I was going to check in before 11pm as my flight was delayed, and if I was unable they could make arrangements for me as their lobby closes at 11 pm

i arrived before 11pm at the hotel due to my flight arriving late i called and the lady was really helpful in providing me additional information after office closes. when i got there a lady that works there was about to leave after closing and she was kind to stay and help me get my key. service was excellent. and everything was close by to get food and grocery shopping. front desk ladies were nice.

I liked the staff, all encounters were professional, warm and friendly. The latin cusine was very good. We checked out the Polynesian restaurant but could not stay because we had other dining obligations. Hotel room was nice, however the floor felt gainy and my bed had hair on the bottom sheet that you sleep on so I slept on the blanket and covered with my robe...I didn't have the heart to share that part with the office staff. I would refer othere and may stay again in the future.
