The check-in line didn't move for 20mins. After about 30mins, a 3rd person came out to help. The room I was given smelled like mold.

Well, the first one they put us in was horrible. The dresser was broke. Garbage is everywhere. The bags look like they’ve slept in. The smell of pot was unbelievable. So we refuse to stay in that room so they put us in another one. This one was a little better, but we were killing roaches. All night. The curtains were fallen off. The wings were not that great, so I will not recommend anybody to Seralago.

The staff were lovely and friendly, but the room had not been cleaned. There was grease on the nightstand, the toilet and electricity barely worked, there was rust in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged. I decided to sleep in the airport terminal rather than stay the additional night I had booked here.

I had to pay money that was not told to me @ time of booking or through email...when i got there i was told. Also ...where i was place was very old and old furnitures with roach in the room. Room carpet old with a mold kind of smell.

This property is the worst hotel I’ve ever ever would want to stay in. Check-in took over four hours, room was horrible, dirty, infested, needless to say I did not stand that hotel. I ended up going to Howard Johnson right across the street and got right in and didn’t have to wait to check in. I lost my money because I was not gonna stay in that nasty, dirty hotel, I do not recommend that place ever stay away from this hotel.

SORRY to say, but NOT a deal! Property massively needs update/maintenance of the rooms. Rusted exposed pipes and grates in the Bathroom. Toilet kept running due to improperly installed handle. Dingy lighting (probably better that way). Also, need to invest in staff. On Thursday no wait, but on Friday night there was a 1.5hr WAIT in Lobby to check in, each person took forever. Something about ?internet down? Regardless, figure out a work around! ONE POSITIVE - the night Desk Manager (?Jeff? - caucasian w/dark hair) was Efficient, Pleasant, and seemed to be the only one who could get things done once he arrived up at ~11pm. The previous manager just shrugged his shoulders, didn't care, and left with a LOBBY Full of WAITING PAYING GUESTS. We payed for 3 nights, but left the 2nd morning because this poor hotel choice was seriously affecting our vacation. Pallets stacked against Hotel wall exterior. TRAVELOCITY should REMOVE this from their listings.

The door wouldn't shut until you slammed it 5-6 times. The lights had no switches. The phone didn't work. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom.
