The property was very outdated and dirty. Also very misleading. We thought all amenities were included especially the water park. Only a few things were actually included in our stay. As an avid traveler I am very disappointed in this place and do not recommend to anyone.

Room was okay. Apparently they don’t come clean your room or bring you new towels unless you stay there for more than 2 weeks at a time. Also an extra fee $25/pp to use the waterpark (it was a nice waterpark, my 5 year old enjoyed it). When we got there, we were greeted by someone who talked to us about getting free water park tickets, and free breakfast. Come to find out it’s if you do the 90 minute tour and conference about buying a timeshare (not feasible with a 5 year old),otherwise breakfast was not available. Room smelt off and did not having any ventilation system so we had to open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan when we were in the room. There was a washer and dryer outside of our room which was a nice surprise. Unsure if we would stay here again.

Our toilet kept on backing up and we had to call maintenance three times. We asked if we could keep the plunger to prevent us from calling the and the maintenance person told me that they only have one plunger for the entire campus.

Nice rooms but limited cable. Unable cast to tv with phone due to how they are set up. Huge place but many of the restaurants are closed. The bars close at 7 pm. No way to get food after 10 unless you get it delivered from outside.
