There is a lot of road noise on the rooms in the front of the property. Person in the next room was very loud at night doing laundry dishes etc after 10pm. Floors were filthy in the room. Had to keep our shoes on the whole time or our feet and socks were black. I did see a cockroach in 1 of the bathrooms in the main pool area on the wall. Mini golf area the boards are broken and the felt is all torn. The basketball area the nets are all ripped. No seating around the basketball court or the volleyball area. Sports rentals close at 6 and the areas are open until 11. We had to go buy a basketball to use after 6pm on certain days. Pools and hot tubs are nice. Was disappointed that there wasn't a laundry area for everyone to use when reading about the property it didn't specify laundry was only available in certain rooms. I believe 1 of the beds in our room was broken and the decor needs a refresh. Had a little table in the living room area but no chairs to sit at. The staff was very kind and pleasant to speak with.

The place was extremely dirty. Our feet/socks was so dirty and this is when we realized that the unit has not been cleaned. I notified the lady upon check out and she did not seem to care.

So the staff was very attentive and accommodating The rooms were ok I booked a suit and could hear everything nextdoor from conversation to someone peeing in the bathroom The jacuzzi did not work and I requested a room with one but was told no because they don’t advertise jacuzzis It was very good útil my last day - I was making a smoothie in the kitchen and I saw 3 roaches crawling on the counter So I guess it’s not as clean as I thought but that really grossed me out

At night when you trying to sleep, you can hear all the traffic noise, a/c units turning on and off, the people next room talk and all noise like if they were on the same room as me. seems like walls have no insulation. but the worst is that there is a door that connect 2 rooms, and I could smell the burning food from the other room. This is a two-star hotel. Pictures look a lot better than actual site.

Upon check-in, we explicitly informed staff that we required 1st floor room due to physical disability. They refused to accommodate. We were assigned a 2nd floor walk-up. Then when we finally made it to our room, we walked into a fouled odor room which turned out to be the mold which we found in multiple areas in the bathroom, which we took pictures of. There is no privacy since we were able to fit our hands underneath the doors. We notified the staff about the bathroom as the shower knob had to be pulled almost out of the wall to turn on the shower (video taken). We also contacted staff on the same night, but no one from hotel staff ever came to our room to check or to clean throughout our 4 days stay. On a separate day, we contacted another staff about a puddle of water as it was slippery by the stairway in addition to the bathroom issues. Again no one from the hotel came to check anything. Our hotel card is supposed to give access to the gym but it didn't work. Someone else had to let me in. Once inside, the equipment were broken and rundown. I will never return to this place and would never recommend to anyone going to to Orlando to stay at Legacy.

The room we booked was for “The Oaks”. The Oaks is a community across a divided highway, sonic you’re like us a planning on doing ride share, don’t book the oaks. Staff was great and switched us to the main resort area! They let us store our bags since our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. The community center was perfect for my 9 year old - we played a round of putt putt - the grass on the greens desperately needs redoing. The main pool area with the restaurant and bar was perfect for a hangout. The room was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, mattresses needed to be replaced about 5 years ago as they were sagging horribly. The dryer for the washer/dryer warmed up fine but took hours to dry a single load as the vent is likely very blocked (fire hazard!). I’d stay again as the price was right and it was convenient to Disney.

The properties old outdated, dirty carpets that left your feet black there’s cockroaches and not a safe area. I partially blame Expedia as I booked through Expedia and the pictures were not anywhere near what the facility looked like.

This Resort has an activities calendar and plenty of options for heated pools, hot tubs, and even a sauna the staff is incredible. The properties kept very clean.

AMAZING staff. Two bedroom suite was spacious and two bathrooms was amazing. Furniture is dated but we didn’t care about that. It was very clean upon arrival. Staff is very attentive if you ask for something but they will only do a full clean once every 7 days. The big thing that brought my rating down is roaches. Not an infestation, but I saw a couple. There was one inside our oven clock and I stepped on another with my bare foot in the middle of the night. I know it’s Florida, but still. Yuck. Again, the staff were fantastic and the property was great , but we won’t ever stay again. I can’t do bugs.

No grabs in bathroom and the tub is too deep. A definite fall hazard. ( There is no reason to be that deep, it’s not a whirlpool tub.). The exterior is kept clean and updated. The inside is 1970s, old and rundown. I don’t understand why they would put unrelated parties in a room with an adjoining door. The noise is always too loud. The floors were dirty. I regret wearing my white socks.
