When I walked in my room there was a note that said the light at the bed was not working which in reality was fine. My only complaint is that Thursday and Friday the people in the next room were constantly in and out of their room and the door slammed every time it was like they had 20 ppl staying in there and then Monday at 6am the people above my room where extremely loud like they were bowling or something and woke me up. I did let the hotel know and they said they were sending security up there and it was quiet after that. Otherwise I loved my room the pool area the food it was great !!

I was a little disappointed, having stayed in Dockside before, that the food court was so small, on the other hand it never got too congested, maybe once. I had never done the suites before and they were amazing. Parking (but this has happened at other hotels, the gate was being fussy one day for letting people out. Pool was okay, again Dockside has the better bar in pool, and one in lobby. All in all, we really enjoyed the stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious rooms. TV in the bedroom did not work all the time. That would be my only complaint.
