The property looked nice. Breakfast had very nice options. Bad surprise with parking charge at check in. Staff arguing with other customers about they charge parking instead of resort fee. Not a good start.

A ridiculous parking fee was charged...but I'm not sure if it was disclosed in the listing so maybe that falls on me. Sunday, January 25th was the day that the NFC and AFC Championship games were played. We were very disappointed that this Holiday Inn did not have CBS or Fox channels available! I've never stayed in an American hotel that didn't have regular broadcast channels available.

Staff very incompetent, I got there at 4pm December 31st, I couldn’t check in because there were no clean room at the moment, called me at 8pm to cancel the reservation. Today January 18 no response, no money back. Be aware this people are irresponsible and Expedia has not resolved the issue either
