There was no working hot water at the hotel and the desk clerk KNEW the room she was checking us into had no hot water running to it. She felt no obligation to find a solution that night, could not give us a room with hot water and could not refund the room so we could go elsewhere. We were also put off by the obvious prostitution occurring in the hotel and the area, but would’ve gladly minded our business if there had just been hot water. Where is the refund we were promised???

I paid for four nights, and after just the first night, they cleared out my room and checked me out while I was away. The guest management here is very poor. I would not stay here again.

Overall it was just ok they dont clean the rooms everyday only every 3 days after my 5 day stay they never showed up had to go the front desk for towels and they gave me garbage bags to empty the pails myself

It was convenient for our short stay. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Property was beautiful and rooms were clean but we did see like 2 roaches. Aside from that the location is perfect and right next to Wawa.
