Breakfast was not included as advertised, it was 4.99. The lights in the room didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t work. We did not get a handicap accessible room as requested until the last day.

The location was great, close to FL mall, restaurants, and other conveniences. However, the rooms are dated, the shower curtain kept falling, and housekeeping doesn’t service rooms daily. There was no hot water on my last day, no phone in the room to call for assistance, and the toilet became clogged.

One pillow, when I ask for another I was told to wait until the next day. Toilet clogged and I was told let me see what I can do maintenance isn’t here. Shower curtain fell and no one even touched it, no showers taken. No wash clothes in bathroom to wash face. Old and a little rundown for the price they charge.
