Needs remodeling. No one answered the phone at front desk. If you need to modify reservation. No coffee maker in room. They charge for the limited breakfast. My assistant didn't have bath towels in his room. I won't stay there again.

The room was very outdated. The air conditioner would turn off after about 5 minutes then turn back on. The sheets did not fit the bed, under the sheets had stains on the bed cover. The tv we had to basically set up our self because they had no channels and took about 30 minutes to scan to find anything. The facility smelt like cigarettes mixed with cleaning supplies. It’s safe to say we got out of there as soon as we could. I’d recommend a motel 8 since they both cost about the same. Also the bathroom fan was hanging off the wall.

The policy of leaving a $100 deposit in their account is unsettling yet the Rosen properties do the same thing on a grander scale…so it seems unfair for holding my money.. “send lawyers guns… and maybe change da policy! The lady at the front desk was very professional and polite the entire rime ww interacted with her. The back corner of the room appeared to have what looks like either wayer damage or mold. The bathroom sink looked and felt like it was about to fall off. We couldnt tell how to make the shower cooler, only burning hot.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are dirty and outdated. The outlet cover was broken in our room and presented a safety hazard for my children. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and there was no hot water on 10/14 AM.

There was no hot water in the bathroom, I made a report twice and I was told that they have to reset the heater. Also the check out time suppose to be at 1130am , at 1015 am they are banging on the door and letting themselves in. I felt so violated when they did that. It happened twice in one day back to back. Where is the communication??
