It was 4 walls and a roof. Check in easy, however immediately entering the building you could smell a very strong mildew or musty type smell on all floors. The beds had some crumbs on them, small stains on the pillow cases. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The stale air and smell definitely gets annoying

The room had no air conditioning, it had a dehumidifier with a full bucket. The room was filthy. Beds were terrible. I only stayed because it was 2:30 am and I had been traveling since 11am the previous day. I canceled the next two Nights and rebooked elsewhere immediately

Floors were dirty, rusty stains on the tiles from leaks around the window and ac unit. There were a lot of small bugs all over the bathroom. Towel rack had be ripped off the wall and put on the shelf in the closet and the one shower towel provided was left sitting on the toilet. Safe was broken and lock drilled out. Shower curtain was ripped and barely hanging on the rod that was half hung due to being ripped off the wall at some point. Shower ceiling had a big sag in it from leaking plumbing from the room above and yes you could see signs of a repair attempt and mildew starting to show through the paint. Court yard around pool was extremely dirty and unkept. Would not plan to stay again. Don’t recommend.

So bad. We left and got another hotel. Bed was hard. People screaming in other rooms. Dirty a/c unit. I don’t mind bad hotels, but I didn’t trust leaving my stuff here.

Absolutely terrible experience! The place was dirty and smelled of septic! The toilet clogged and they handed my son a plunger to fix it. The tv didn’t work and the bed was like laying on cement. I would up leaving night 1 at 1am and walked up the block to another hotel! Even though the rep at the front desk said they would approve a refund bc I didn’t stay, they rejected the refund. Thankfully I had pictures of the conditions and was able to dispute the charge with hotels.com Unfortunately you can’t smell the septic through pictures

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years. It's very convenient for Universal and International Drive attractions. The hotel is very sparse, but considering the convenience and cost, it's good. It is clean and staff is helpful. Downside: They have removed the refrigerators and microwaves from the rooms. I'm not sure if you have to ask if you want those amenities.

They stole the $100 I left as a deposit.

The hotel is fine, there is no problem with the cleanliness or attention, but they agreed to return the deposit of 100 dollars that they asked me to give me the room. When I left the hotel they told me that they would return the deposit in 4 days. It's been 10 days now and I have not received any response from the hotel.
