I checked out a day early because of the storm that going to hit New York our flight we were scheduled to get on a flight on Monday but it was cancelled on Saturday and we ended up having to rent a car at the hotel through Avis. We got on line to check out on Sunday before the check out time. Since the line was so long an employee came over and too our room numbers and told us she was going to take care of it and we didn’t have to wait on line. Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Curly hair all over the bed and bathroom. Yellow on the sheets so we had to sleep on one bed. Looked like the room had not been cleaned but we checked in at 140am so had to deal with it
