The rooms are clean, the bar and buffet are reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. It’s located in a perfect spot. Plenty of things to walk around and see near the hotel.

Overall this is a great property, as well as a good value for the price. The pool areas are very nice and conveniently located. We found the staff helpful and courteous. The only drawback was the room attendant did not make the bed and our sheets were not changed during our five day stay.

Great property, clean, friendly,helpful staff. My only issue was not being able to soundly sleep as our room was facing the very busy freeway. There’s really no sound insulation. I repeatedly checked the door insuring it was closed good. It sounded like the door was open. It’s that loud. Ask for a room off the freeway and you’ll be good.

Immaculate. Great daily housekeeping. Every morning was like we had not stayed at all the night before. The front desk is very nice and efficient. Everything was well maintained in the property was just as pictured. Very satisfied.

We only stayed for 2 nights and we were not looking for anything fancy but we did expect to be able to get some peaceful sleep after a full day in the parks. The rooms had doors just out in the open so all the noise from major highway next to it got in, it was so loud! and the AC unit was just as loud so am not sure which was worst the noise from the outside or AC unit. Also people just walking outside the doors were pretty noisy and you could hear everything. The room was very outdated, even the TV only cable no option to use your apps like netflix or prime. The pillows were midget size. The breakfast which was not included and came out to about $20 something per person was very poor quality food. And on top of that you had to pay for overnight parking. I am from Florida and come to Orlando every year and have stayed at different hotels and resorts right on that same avenue or close by and they have all been much better than this one. The only good thing about it would be the location.
