When we finally got back to the room, the TV read a message of week or no signal. We called the front desk and was told no one was on site to handle it. However, we were not offered a room change or any other accommodation. Also the room mini fridge Had a funny sound continuously.

Overall, my stay was okay, but I have a couple of concerns. First, housekeeping needs to be reminded to respect guests’ privacy by always knocking and waiting before entering the room, as entering without warning was uncomfortable. Second, I recommend including parking in the room rate. Paying extra for parking can feel unnecessary, especially for guests already paying for their stay, and including it would make the overall experience more convenient and guest-friendly.
