Hotel is clean and so was the room. But the TV did not work and the Shower temperature was hard to control it went from extremely hot to extremely cold. Not an enjoyable stay.

The room itself was fine. The issue was that in my wing of the hotel only 1 of the 3 available elevators was functional. In a 14 story hotel that was operating at capacity, having 2 broken elevators is simply inexcusable. Speaking to other guests, the elevators had been broken for over a week. Yours is a multi-billion dollar company charging premium rates for rooms, having functional elevators is a very low bar to clear but your company somehow failed to do it. I will not be staying in this hotel ever again.

Elevators not working had to lug my luggage with my child down 9 flights of stairs. Mold in the shower and a damp smell in the room. The hotel is just very old and in need of some basic renovations. The staff seemed unbothered and didn’t really care.

I like that hotel because I can walk to the universal parks if I want or wait for the bus, I have been several times in it, the latter the elevators suffered breakage because supposedly because the hotel was full, but the staff tried to make it easier, enabling the elevator that they use, the breakfast buffet was full very good
