The room was nice and clean. The staff was kind. This is why we stayed here. We have stayed before. The issue was.. the elevators and room service. Only one elevator worked. We spent the day at Universal. I brought my 75 year old mom back in the afternoon, as she was tired and had blisters on her feet. She had to wait on the elevator. There was only one working elevator for 17 floors. We were on the 16th floor. Then, she wanted to order dinner from room service. She was tired and sore with blistered feet. No one answered the phone. She had to walk down 16 flights is stairs since the last elevator went out. She ordered her food and then had to take the service elevator back up. We arrived later that evening and the one elevator was working again. There was a long line to get in. The next morning, we entered the sole elevator to get breakfast when it stopped on the 15th floor and said it was out of service and to exit. My mom and I then had to walk down 15 flights of stairs. She couldn't remember how to access the service elevator from up stairs. My family arrived to breakfast later, using the service elevator. Yet, other patrons were angry and pushing to get on. When I spoke about it to the front desk, they apologized and said it was getting fixed. When we checked out,we spoke with another Hilton worker(I believe a manager?). He apologized said he might be able to give us a stay later this year at a different hotel. But he never gave me his name. It still didn't fix our issue

I love this hotel but every time we stay here the elevators are jacked up in both towers! We have been going up the housekeeping elevator for two days. Also, room keys aren’t working in the parking lots. Please do some upgrades!
