The Hilton double charged me for parking which should not be a thing even with the gate. Parking should be available to those staying then for free. They should not make a habit of price gouging their guests

We had one booked after our cruise and planned to go to Universal Studios for my husbands birthday! It was so nice to be able to buy the tickets at the hotel. The shuttle to the park was nice too. We were supposed to fly home the next day but a mix up with our flight meant we needed to stay another night. Thank goodness the hotel was able to book us another night in our same room. I would stay here again.

When I checked in on 5/9/25 there were two females that did not look my way, very rude. It was 11pm, I was tired from the delayed flight from Philadelphia. The gentlemen that helped me was very informative and very nice. I believe his name begin with a D. It may have been Diego, not 100% sure. He was awesome!
