The staff is rude. My digital key wasn't working so I went to check in at the front desk. I was told I would get a text when my room was ready and they couldn't even give me a ballpark of how long it would be. They also couldn't guarantee the digital key would work so I would need to go to the front desk again. Refused to give me a reason why. So we left to go kill a few hours. Got a text 3 minutes after leaving that the room was ready. Self parking was a mess - had to wait for someone to let us into the lot. Then we had to call the help button to be let out because the keys didn't work. The technology at this hotel is terrible and the staff doesn't seem to care or have any empathy.

The AC didn't work even after calling to have it repaired. Also, we stayed there because we had a convention there and we were vendors. The ceiling began leaking right above our booth and if we had moved our products would have been ruined. Non of the staff even tried to help us. We were forced to move our booth twice!! I will never stay at a Hilton again and I will make sure everyone knows what a horrible stay we had! When I asked for compensation for both the AC and the inconvenience in the vendor room and was denied. Apparently the customer doesn't come first!!

The staff were kind and courteous. The only issues was the room it’s self. The tvs were old and outdated. They wanted to upgrade them while we were there and slid a note under the door which felt very sketchy to us so we were unsure if it was a scam or real. They never ended up showing up when they said they were going too, no fault to the hotel or staff. Then while we were away they randomly changed the remote to the tv which would not work and we waited for over an hour for someone to come fix it and they kept telling us they would send someone up but never did eventually I had to go downstairs to sort it out. They were kind and helpful with that issue once I went downstairs. The room its self was outdated, the plug ins did not work, the tv didn’t work half the time, the shower was outdated. It felt like we were being watched the whole time. Something felt very off about the room. Other wise it was a good hotel with nice staff.
