Lovely property, loved how close it was to Universal. Only criticism would be how empty the hot tub was—as in water levels below the jets. Other than that the buffet was great, the amenities/dining was better than most. Front desk staff, cleaning crew, and wait staff was super friendly and went above and beyond at all times.

The room and the staff were great the only issue it was that during the week at 7:00am it was a guy with a leaf blower at the parking lot it was no annoying cuz it was so early we complaint about bit didn’t do anything just until my husband talked to the manager

Hotel is run down needs a refresher. Beds were comfortable. Hair Dryer in room was broken. Good location. Staff in coffee shop were rude. Property is dated. This used to be our go to hotel when visiting Universal
