Very convenient for my travel purposes. Clean. Quiet. Don't remember noticing this anyplace before, but the room hallways smelled great! Worked out a few times. Fitness room was above average. Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent. The hotel itself was very nice. My only issue is the parking situation. On Travelocity, there wasn’t any instruction that you needed to go inside to check in or that you could do a virtual check in so you don’t need to pay for parking. As this is not clear, we ended up paying for parking for 2 vehicles plus had an additional parking fee taken out of the incidentals charge.

The Hilton double charged me for parking which should not be a thing even with the gate. Parking should be available to those staying then for free. They should not make a habit of price gouging their guests

This is the perfect location for Universal. About 15 or 20 min walk in on a pedestrian walk way. Driving is like 4 minutes. Hotel is clean, walk is safe. Hotel has ameneties but we always stay just to go Universal.

Had to wait over an hour for a room that was booked a month in advance. The room we were given had exercise equipment in it and no tables or lighting. Room 228 was terrible and the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in. Hilton should be ashamed. The staff took some $ off the bill but the room was unacceptable in every way. Will never stay there again.

Although check in is listed at 4pm I was unable to get a room till 550pm. The bathroom sink and tub was clogged. The shower liner had mold on it. And nothing was replenished.
