The pool was not alittle dirty lots dead bugs and leaves in pool. Need more umbrellas by pool area. Need more help getting breakfast service. Put us by elevator very loud lots of traffic.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was adequate. I thought the hotel dining options were kinda high for a hotel. There was nothing close by to go run to eat by foot that is. I would have gave a better rating if we didn’t have to call three times for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We waited an hour when we were told ten minutes. Each time I called we were told that. All in all mostly a satisfactory stay

This hotel was convenient because it was close to the airport. The staff are extremely nice and the property is clean. The beds and pillows are awful though. It’s a little janky like the shower door was hard to close and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, but no biggie.

It was just fine… you had to take an Uber or a cab to get anywhere around there’s no shuttle to get to any area to get food. Apparently they had a back up option for food there, but it smelled terrible.
