We enjoyed this property. We did not have to interact with any staff. We were sent all instructions 3 days before and had no issues with codes or communication. The construction around property was difficult to maneuver around but in time that will pass. Room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay there again.

Perfectly fit the bill

Hotels.com offers some good deals, and this was one that fit the bill. Booking was easy, check-in online quick and efficient. The room was spacious for two people, comfortable bed, gorgeous view. We would definitely come again for the discounted price we received!

The property is more of a 2 to 3 star. Not the greatest in terms of what we usually get from a Sonder. The beds were great but the room itself needs some updating. It was in a prime location. The only issue during our stay was that they're constructing another hotel beside this one so it was quite noisy early in the morning around 7am during the weekdays.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay for our anniversary trip. The room is spacious and clean. There are slight stains in the carpet, but that is expected with it being light in color. The only downsides were outside of property control - there was construction going on around the area.

We never stayed at a hotel like Sonder. The online communication and check in instructions were on point. The property was very clean. Our one bedroom suite was well appointed, there was everything we needed to cook a meal. My only complaint about the kitchen was that the coffee maker doesn’t keep the coffee warm. The safe could also be in a more convenient spot, it’s difficult to reach it so close to the floor. I particularly liked the Essentials Closet access. It’s so easy to replenish daily use items. We had a few questions and were able to Chat on your app. They were handled quickly, professionally and efficiently. It would be nice if the snack bar by the pool was open or vending machines installed for late night snacks. We spent two weeks at Sonder at the Point and hopefully we’ll be back again next time we’re in Florida.

Séjour familial tout équipé

Chambre familiale avec 1 chambre avec un King size et un canapé lit. Immense salle de bain avec douche + baignoire. Dispose également d’un cuisine bien équipée et d’un lave linge et sèche linge: parfait pour notre séjour. Points négatifs : hôtel un peu vieillot et les alentours de l’hôtel en travaux (démarrage à 7h du matin!). Rapport qualité prix imbattable! Pas loin des parcs d’attraction.

You have to request to have your room cleaned. The floors were filthy. If you walked barefoot, your feet turned black. They also had a loud wind machine drying the rug the entire time we were there.

There was night construction which was right outside our window and we were on the 1st floor. It was noisy and heard machinery all night.

Not at all worth the price

Water from the sink was always the same lukewarm temp, the shower constantly drips, there was a nasty stained roll of paper towels sitting on the counter when we walked in. The chairs on the balcony were rusted and covered in dirt. The bed sheets felt like paper. The carpet is stained. When we filled the bathtub, dirt and hair rose out from the drain.
