Hot tub and pool were dirty. No towels by the pool. Rooms were not cleaned or extra towels provided without a cleaning fee. A gratuity envelope was in our room prior to check in. Is basic cleaning an extra service now? Pictures of our room showed a couch in the room which was incorrect. The room lists 2 king beds as sleeping 6???

Stayed a total of 4 nights. House keeping never came. No fresh towels. We went to the front desk to check in and were told we needed to check in at a computer instead, which is fine. It felt like we were completely ignored. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. My son preferred the hard floor. Would not recommend.

Poor customer service, the girl there was horrible didn’t want to help me I was checking in and it was my first time there and she couldn’t even get off her phone to show me where to go or anything!!!! And then I asked for something else and they were like o only the manager can do that which he wasn’t there cus they leave at 6. Never staying here again!

I really loved the location and how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I did not like that when I called the front desk for a late check out because I was not feeling well they said it's have to pay $30.. kinda insensitive. But it was a great hotel for the price so I would still recommend

Not what we expected

Checking in online, while convenient was a little confusing. Once we figured it out and got our number for the door, we attempted to enter it and it would not let us in. We called and was able to speak with someone quickly who gave us a backup number. The room was on the top floor which smelled strongly of marijuana. You could smell it the second you got off the elevator and it carried into the room unfortunately. Pictures of the hotel room show a stove, however there is just a microwave and mini fridge. In addition, it said a TV with cable. There was a small TV and it only had streaming services. We utilized our login but the app was malfunctioning and we can only control it with our phone. The bed was average, typical fairly rough mattress. It was an okay place to stay, but overall didn't meet our expectations. It appears that most of these units are purchased and then rent it out individually so the front desk isn't of any help either. Had I known this wasn't a typical hotel I would not have booked it.

The pool is a nice size and location of property. But the pictures online and the room I was staying in did not match. Floors were carpet and gross and bathroom was dated couch was gross and old. We had to clean the side tables off because there was a sticky residue on them. The refrigerator was off when we got there so we had to wait 12 hours to even use it.

Overall, everything was great. The only complaints that I had was that there was some marijuana smell coming through the vents and there was a lot of ants in the bathroom sink other than that great great location great room great communication. I will definitely book again.
