The hotel is old but quite clean. The front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order and I wasn’t informed of this when making my booking. Also, the cleaning staff were talking very loudly in the corridor despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which made it difficult to rest.

Friendly Employees but Stale Rooms

The hotel lobby looks nothing like what is on the online photo. The rooms were cleaned by housekeeping but not well. Sheets were dirty so I got a different room. The shower head was covered in corrosion, and the bathtub had a constant leak with mildew. The bed was comfortable and the front desk associates were very friendly. The lobby smelled wonderful but the rooms smelled stale. You can tell it’s an older hotel, but needs improvement: stained furniture, stained lamp shades, and half the room is very dark. I will not be staying there again.

Room was big, clean and very nice. Considering the cost, it really is very good. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and right across the street from the Red Coach bus line. There is a city bus right near the hotel that goes to the airport. Staff was very nice and helpful. Downside: Laundry room still requires change and crossing the street from bus station to hotel can be difficult. I would highly recommend this hotel.
