I have been visiting this property for around 20 years. Around 12 visits. During that time it has expanded and the grounds are lovely. This visit was disappointing as the unit we had could do with a freshen up. Our oven/microwave had to be changed 4 times during our 1 week stay. The cleaning was not satisfactory and instead of daily it is now every other day and seems very limited. Bulbs in the room were blown. They now charge you daily for parking. The restaurant provides poor food and drinks at exorbitant prices given the lack of quality and poor service. The public areas are nice but it seems to me that you get a lot less for much more money and when you have an issues, no one really cares much. I will not be returning.

Great Place to Stay

Amazing hotel. Have stayed a few times before and it still is maintained to a very high standard. The only disappointment was being charged for parking over and above the room rate.

They now charge $25 per night for parking. We had issues with our room on 4 of our 7 days with no hot water, no water pressure, electrical breakers kicking off. This property used to be maintained very well. It isn’t looking to be maintained to its potential. I would rate the customer service team very low. Very frustrating to have to make changes to your evening activities while on vacation on multiple days because of room issues. I travel with my wife a 2 daughters. A very simple need of a hot shower after pool time before dinner plans is a must. They were very slow to respond and fix the issues. My attempt to talk to customer service or even a manager got swept under the rug with excuses and deferment. I have called corporate and they simple send you a nice email and defer back to the property you stayed. A very frustrating experience for this family while on vacation.
