We arrived at the hotel around 11:00PM. Once in our room we went down to the front desk to ask for a set of new sheets and pillows as we were unsure if ours had been changed. The front desk person was very rude, sitting on her phone by the fireplace and letting us wander and try to find help. She finally got up and came over. We requested the new sheets and she went to the back room to the right of the door and said she only had a blanket. When we asked for clarification that there were no bedsheets or pillows in the entire hotel she said that was correct and repeated they only had the blanket. We were told they would need to place an order for sheets and we would get them the next morning. When we asked what would happen if someone bled or vomited in their bed and needed new sheets. They said they would still have to place an order for new sheets and they would be changed the next morning. Unbelievably poor customer service.

The property was clean. The bartender and chef were very helpful with dishes and drinks that were available but when I first entered the hotel Denise didn’t even greet nor say anything to us until we said hello. Then didn’t even ask for my I.d. And expected me to know what kind of credentials I needed. But overall it was a good stay.
