We stayed for two nights. Staff at the front desk was nice, did their job. Lobby had a decent atmosphere, food at the cafe was average but not bad. Our room was in their tower building and upon view of this building it was outdated. Once we arrived to our room the beds were neatly made and the bathroom was in clean condition. Now, the reason i won’t be staying in this hotel again. Once we started walking around in the room we realized every time we stepped on the laminate floors, water would seep out from. This was extremely off putting as we don’t know how long the tiles have been holding onto moisture under there. We reached for the room phone to call the front desk and found that the phone in the room also did not work. Went down to the front desk and reported the things that were wrong with the room and were told maintenance would be coming to the room. After waiting for maintenance after 11pm we called through our cellphones and still no one came. We went to bed and left everything as is. When I go on vacation my expectation is that I don’t have to worry about anything or be going after someone to fix problems. Therefore, this is not a place I would go again no matter how affordable it might be.

It was okay—not the best, but good overall. The employees at the concierge area were quite rude and didn’t greet guests properly. The food wasn’t great either, not even something you’d want to save for later if you were really hungry. The elevators were not clean, with fingerprints all over. I expected better cleanliness and service from a Wyndham hotel, as this location didn’t meet the standards I’ve experienced at other Wyndham properties.

Staff was professional and courteous. Great location, close to universal and easy access to all highways. Room has an overwhelming smell of bleach, which means it's cleaned but my lord. Mirror was debonding, hard to see myself and it's was apparent they did the landlord special painting the rooms. Also just include the resort fee in the price.

The hotel is very convenient located close to universal and in the middle of lots of restaurants, the rooms are old and it shows, the room had a humidity smell, check in early because if u decide to go to the parks and check in late at night u might loose your reservation if it is not paid in advance because the overbook the hotel.

This place is gross. There was poop smeared on our mirror, our bedding smelled of mold, it look like they forgot to vacuum after the previous people. Bathroom is old, and dirty. I would not recommend this place to an animal
