This place is gross. There was poop smeared on our mirror, our bedding smelled of mold, it look like they forgot to vacuum after the previous people. Bathroom is old, and dirty. I would not recommend this place to an animal

Pictures are a bit decieving. Rooms and pool area look better online. Outdated. TV didn’t work for the first day and a half. Had to go down to the front desk multiple times to get it fixed. Ice machines on multiple floors did not work either. Check out time is 11am but housekeeping decided to knocked and wake us up at 8:30am! Location was close to Universal and a lot of restaurants, which was great.

The hotel was clean and reasonably maintained for the price. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The front desk staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give a highed rating qas because the housekeeper opened out door and woke us up THREE times. Even with the do not disturb sign up. That was absolutely inappropriate. Woke up the kids and it freaked them out.

The room was clean and the maid came most days. The pool is good and well maintained. The shuttles to the Theme parks, Universal, Epic, Disney World are good and reliable.
