The room was a motel not a hotel which was presented and advertised. I was kind of caught off guard approaching the neighborhood as I watched it declined the closer I got. The fridge in my room did not work. The coffee machine in my room did not work. They provided two bottles of water that is it no refills. This “hotel” offered no housekeeping, or someone to bring new towels etc upon going to the front desk to ask why housekeeping didn’t come to bring any towels I was informed that you have to put a request 24 hours ahead of time for your room to be cleaned and then you’re also charge for that. I have never heard of that and I have stayed at nice hotels in my lifetime. This motel wouldn’t even be worth a cleaning fee so I was absolutely appalled with that. Then we wanted to extend our checkout time which we were told would be $60. Front decks charged us $100 could not inform us why we were charged $100 and just told us we had to wait for the money to go back to the cardwhich by the way still has not happened.. Also, I was followed around by the maintenance man from the moment I checked into the hotel, he kept asking if I’m smoking as if I am a child. I ended up having to report him to the manager, which I will say they handled well as he was overstepping his job description for one and harassing guest. Very nice pool tho ! my son enjoyed that part. must say it was beautiful. The water is heated. Other than the pool, I would not recommend

I was happy that It was close to the theme parks. I was happy with the bus transportation. And the cafe people and the food was awesome. What I wasn't happy with check-in only had two people. Sometimes three people and it took a while/ longer then normal time to check in self check was not working. The first night was awful. The noise was tremendous. I called and asked for a new room which they gave me the next day. And I slept wonderful, come in the third day, new people come in and I don't like the double door rooms. You hear Everything literally. I had to say, shut the hell up for them to calm down. Cause I could hear everything and it was after midnight. Thank God it was my last day. I recommend if you're staying and don't wanna joining room. Make sure you specify..

The only issue I had was a very nosey neighbor with kids kicking doors and walls slamming doors. Our heat went out. I appreciate it was fixed once reported. Since my last stay the new housekeeping policy was very disappointing cleaning staff no longer check for trash removal or if you need towels unless 24 hour request. I have never seen this at any hotel and I been to many in and out the country.

The heater was broken and the low was 36 degrees outside! The WiFi did not work at all. They did not have extra blankets available. I was freezing in my hotel room the whole time. The property needs some serious maintenance. The staff was not helpful. They didn’t offer to move me to another room or give me anything. Only good thing was that the room was very clean.

We stayed at this hotel from December 25–30, and it was a very disappointing experience. We had to change rooms three separate times due to multiple issues. In some rooms, the lights did not work properly, and the window blinds were only partially installed. Housekeeping did not come as expected. Towels and bedsheets were dirty and had visible stains, the floors were dusty, and there were strands of hair on the bed. There was also no water provided in the room. I also informed the front desk in person that my telephone did not work. In 5 days it did not get resolved. The handle on my room door was also shaky. I expect better from Wyndham hotels. I wanted to speak to Mr. Merchant who is the manager of this property but did not get a chance to. I have stayed at other hotels in Orlando and had much better experiences. We spent a lot of time and money on this trip, and because of the conditions, we were extremely uncomfortable and very disappointed. This stay did not meet basic hotel standards.

Do not stay here. The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, with mold and dirty sheets in the room. Housekeeping is not provided daily and must be requested, yet it still took four days for our room to be cleaned. Customer service was horrible and dismissive. Overall, the rooms are in terrible condition and not worth the money.
