The the property is nice . Staff was amazing.The rooms were excellent.We stayed on the 14 floor the view from the window was gorgeous. There was no free breakfast included, which was kind of sad. But they did have a lot of places where you could have breakfast and lunch. Everything's was in walking distance so that was nice . Will be staying there again

My sister & I stayed here for a Disney/Universal trip. It is in a decent enough area and close to Universal but I would not stay here again. The room did not really look like the pictures. We had dirty towels, the shower head sprayed everywhere, and to get new towels you have to give a 24 hr notice!! Never seen anything like it. 2 of the 3 elevators were broken so everyone was using one elevator. Needless to say, that was a disaster. It took 20 minutes to get from the 9th floor to ground level because of how packed out the elevator was. No moves were made (that we saw) to fix it. Overall, it did the job of being somewhere to sleep after a long day in the parks but if you’re looking for a 5 star resort, this is not it.

I have stayed before and it was okay…This time was disgusting!!! There was stains, hair and even writing of a phone number on the sheets under the blanket. During our 4 day stay I killed 7 baby cockroaches… Shower had hair as if never cleaned. If the hotels around was not booked I would have moved. Don’t bother complaining cuz the hotel doesn’t do anny except say sorry!!! Horrible service!!!
