Parking fee is outrageous. Roaches are crazy at night outside the property. Room had a water leak somewhere that caused the floor to stay wet. Even on the top floor the room filled with mosquitoes if the balcony door is open too long. Vacationing guests are jerks. Breakfast is great.

It’s a shame if a room is available, why can’t you check in? We weren’t asking for anything, no extra work would have been done. Just allowing us out of the rain with a room that was already overpriced, but to apply a $50 early check in fee.. we won’t be staying again.

The property is very dated. The hotel is very noisy, and they do not ask noisy people at night to be quiet. The elevators are insufficient for the number of people, as is the service staff in the restaurant. The pool water was cloudy, and the bathrooms are tiny. Not suitable for a family. We left tired due to the noise. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone trying to have a restful weekend away
