Property is outdated. AC was very loud day one which we lived with. Day 2 Ac was not working and it was super hot, we complained multiple times and asked them to change outlet room. But we were told that property is sold out and there is nothing they can do. The other day the HVAC guy came at 9 am and fixed it in 1 min.

This is just what we needed. The staff was very friendly. The bed was firm but good and the showers were hot after a long day on the beach. The heated pool was a bonus! The little things like the hotel proving basic amenities which we didn’t have to pack and as many clean beach towels that’s included in the resort tax.

The room s a/c wasn’t working. When I brought it to the staff s attention, it was fixed promptly. The soda machine was basically empty and it never showed it. I put in $2, pressed multiple buttons all, sold out. It only returned $1. The desk was so busy, I was unable to get it back. Not enough staff that morning.
