I was not happy about the lack of assistance at check in, stood waiting for over 30 minutes waiting to check in. The desk person was by himself answering phones and trying to check in people. Should be two at the desk if its busy and it was clearly busy. Considering it was 3:30 a manager should've been available to assist.
