Decent overnight place. Clean pool, plenty of parking. Trains go by rather close all night though if asleep shouldn't wake you as they don't use the signal horn in town.

The staff was horrible gave me a room key to someone else’s room, then act like I was crazy for being upset. There was no apology or excuse for their actions, no reimbursement. I was so mortified, I couldn’t sleep and get comfortable. I couldn’t stay the entire night knowing they are making those types of mistakes. I left, checked out and sat in the airport for the remaining hours of my stay in Ft Lauderdale.

The stay would have been better if the ventilation was better. Guests on the floor above smoking weed all night every night and stunk up the bathroom. Had to keep fan on 24/7 and door closed.

The property is a great location if your staying and playing in ft Lauderdale for a short visit, and for the money it's ok. Most rooms are smoking rooms, but ours wasn't terrible after a little Glade fragrance spray. It is right on Oakland Park Blvd, so if you're on that drive, it's pretty noisy from traffic. Otherwise, it's fine for the money if you know what you're getting.

It’s a place to sleep
Old building. Very thin walls. White substance under bed side tables (maybe for preventing bed bugs?) and dirt in corners. Bed has a bed bug cover so no bed bugs from our looking. Bed also had a broken spring and hard to find a useable outlet to charge phones. But I guess you get what you paid for as it was on the lower end of pricing.

The hotel is convenient as it is roughly half-way between Miami and West Palm Beach. The hotel policy is not to make up beds during a stay, but clean towels, new toiletries and bins were cleaned five out of six days. The WIFI needs to be improved as it was unreliable at times.
