First, the door to the room had a 3/4 inch wide open gap at the top and bottom where the heat and humidity and ants came through. 30 years of caulk and grime in the bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable and one even had a huge low spot in it that was uncomfortable. Office was locked up Like Fort Knox. Definitely not worth what they charged and if I wouldn’t have lost money I would have canceled and went to another hotel. Location to beach was nice though. Pools were old but clean.

OK hotel but not outstanding. Reminded me more of my Army barracks. Floors were dirty and couldn't walk in bare feet. Staff didn't know much about surrounding areas. Normal price was jacked up for people coming in one day early for a cruise.

Good value for the location and ammenities

Close to beach, 2 pools and hot tub. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking is street or pay $10.00 per night....overall for the $75.00 rate we received on Travelocity, very good.

Great place!

Extremely friendly, clean pools and hottub , rooms were clean . Property was nicely kettle and close to beach and restaurants. We will make this a spot we will visit again.

Quaint, with beautiful flora all around.

Pros: Outdoors is beautiful, nice pools.
Cons: Customer service - we asked for towels and didn't receive them. We weren't greeted upon arrival, and check-in difficult. Checkout was great.
Location: beach, bars, cafes, restaurants, pools, hot tub
The landscaping makes you feel like you are staying in a remote resort in the jungle, which was quite pleasant! Parking might get complicated during the high tourist season. Staff was ok, not extremely friendly, but not rude either. If you book through Travelocity, it may be a good idea to call ahead to ensure they have reserved an actual room with your name on it. This delayed our check-in process quite a bit. We stayed in the less expensive studio room with a king size bed (two adults and a child). It was comfortable, easily accessible, with the pool nearby. Very simple, nothing extravagant about the room. Very clean. We had a good night's sleep. The beach is within walking distance, as well as places (expensive) to eat. One more note on parking, you pay $10 for the parking pass which allows you to park on any of the company's hotels in the area (this is worth the price).
