The property was dirty, no wash clothes were in the room and I was not given the room I booked. I booked an accessible roll in shower room for my disabled son and was not given one. I double checked with the male at the desk and he assured me this was the room we would be getting. After waiting an hour in the lobby the room was ready. We did not have an accessible shower that we booked. I went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore available at that time.
