I stayed at the hotel twice in 1 week so this is my second review. I paid my deposit using my card and it is now day 9 and no refund. They advised it would take 5 days. Please be aware... They also need a whatsapp number so international guests can get in touch with the hotel for the shuttle service.

Gross stay but good location for cruising

Hotel was okay but dated - the elevator system is weird and not all elevators go to all floors. We found someone's peeled off gel toenail polish at the bottom of the bedsheet which was SO disgusting, but we got in around 1:30 after a late flight so we just dealt with it by using lysol to spray down the sheets. Do not use the $15 per person shuttle to the cruiseport. Legit such a scam.. you can honestly walk there from the hotel or take a $4 (total) Uber ride.

I really regret that I booked a night at this hotel. While the front desk was so polite and made the check in process so easy but the room condition was terrible with smelly mould and dusty furniture that I had to go buy an air freshener just to tolerate it. The bed itself was very uncomfortable and woke up with back aches. I couldn’t wait till the morning to check out

It was okay, good location.

It was okay, not the best I’ve been too but it was okay. Breakfast was good and location was good, the room needed to be dusted and the carpet while it looked to be vaccumes was really old and needed to be replaced it added a very noticeable musty odor to the room. The shuttle pick up was good and the customer service was good, just the room really needed a food overhaul.
