Never received a text to say room was ready. Paid for a room with two queen beds ( 3 people travelling) and received a room with 1 king bed , sofa bed no blankets nor pillows. Asked front desk to have my luggage brought up that was being held for 3 hours. Waited 35 mi utes and it never arrived. Went to get it myself. There is a terrible perfume smell in the room

If you’re not planning on spending most of your time at the beach it’s a good place to stay. Very convenient for the water taxi. It was roomy and comfortable with a good restaurant with an amazing view. Staff was mixed, some were amazing, but others at check-in not friendly or helpful at all. Prices seemed about what they should be.
