Property was affordable and nicely situated to attend an event at the BB&T center in Sunrise. A pleasant hotel with quick and easy access to major roadways in the area.

The property was less than desirable. There was a distinct sewage smell. The toilet did not flush. Regarding the Shuttle Service - it was absolutely horrible. the driver was rude. The shuttle for was canceled.

The toilet seat was on the floor. The shower was not cleaned. Rust all over room. Stains in tub. Wife wouldn’t go to bathroom. People fighting outside door at 2:00am. Wife so scared. The staff in dining room were extremely rude like we were bothering them. But what do you expect.,You get what you pay for. Should have gone to upscale hotel. I took pictures!

This place has seen better days, much better days. General overall condition is poor. Specially the floor in our room was dirty, my grey socks were almost black after walking around in the room. Very noisy early, 8 am it sounded like small trains were running in the hallway. Room service was on the march. Security- when went down to get coffee I saw that the latch on the security door to outside Was taped open wth duct tape. Will not recommend or stay here again!
