Well. This one is a weird one for sure. First off, there really isn't an obvious front entrance... That was very strange. You can access the hotel through a sketchy mall/corridor or through a parking garage that also doesn't tell you what it even services... Secondly, know where at all on the main site for the hotel or expedia does it tell you that repairs are happening outside and your Ocean view room (view) is completely ruined by the blue plastic on the windows and no access to the "fully furnished balcony"... Staff tried their best to make it ok. but for the cost, I should have moved down the street. The actual unit was lovely. Had the view not been ruined (or even telling us ahead of time) and a sign saying Hey we are the Marriott, come in this obvious entrance to a hotel door, it would have been far better experience. I feel communication is key in this regard. Again, the staff themselves were very nice and the room itself was clean and well appointed.
