It was close to the beach and it was convenient and close to the boardwalk too and the pool was nice. We are a family of 5 and we booked a room with 2 rooms (1 king and one double) and a sofa bed with a kitchen and dining room so the room was spacious and nice. The hotel would have gotten 5 star review if it wasn't for their staffing though. 1) We checked in and weren't told that you have to get towels from the building across the valet and the pool was on the top floor so we had to go all the way downstairs across to the other building for towels. 2) We also weren't told that you needed 24 hrs to request cleaning services. When we did request them for one of the days we would be out, they just threw in a bag of towels and sheets. 3) We requested sheets and a blanket for my son staying on the sofa bed and they didn't have any so that first night he slept on the couch (not made into a bed) with a sheet we gave him from our bed. 4) When the cleaning services did come, they didn't pick up the trash from any of the trash cans that were already piled up high from days of being there. 5) we were denied service at the roof top restaurant because it was "too busy" although it wasn't. They also don't service drinks to the pool lounges which I thought was weird. 6) We had 3 TV's in the rooms but no remotes at all so we weren't able to use them. 7) The hot tub was closed and it's noisy with construction. 8) All this would have been ok IF staff had been friendly and nice but they weren't
