I arrived late at night (midnight) and the desk was unmanned and I had to call to be let in. The guy jumped out of a truck parked in the parking lot. When I said I had a reservation, the guy asked me if it was an air B&B reservation. Seemed odd. He took a few to find the reservation and told me that they put me in the back of the hotel and he didn’t want to have to patrol it. Patrol it?

So i didnt have tv service for two days when i call the front desk that night i was told there was nothing they can do i then went thw next moring and rold the front desk what had happened and what was said and ibwas told that no onewqa on the premises after 4 and there was nothing thay can do so i the. Very disappointed

We stay at a lot of hotels in this price range & this has been the worst so far. Pictures make the property look nice & updated, but it was more like a cheap bargain motel. Very run down, walls/ baseboards looked grimy, air condition was broken & hanging off, it smelled of musty mildew immediately, and the bed was damp. I would not be surprised if there was mold somewhere in this property. There were people yelling outside the doors all night & then the garbage company came at 4am to empty the dumpsters outside our door, which took them a good 15-20 min of loud beeping & banging. We didn't get checked in until after 10pm so we just went to bed & immediately got up & left. We're just glad this was a 1 night stay.

We arrived late in the evening from our flight and to arrive to find out the hotel overbooked there room and sold our room even though we paid and reserved this room for more than 2 months and was told we would have to pay also on top of it that they sold our room plus charged us. If you don’t want to sleep in you car for the night with you family on vacation i wouldn’t book with this location

Est ce que quelqu'un gĂšre cette hĂŽtel ?

L'expĂ©rience aurait pu etre tres bonne La chambre Ă©tait plutĂŽt propre La literie correcte Par contre un service qui n'est pas digne d'un hĂŽtel. J'ai eu un problĂšme avec la chasse des toilettes. Aucun service, rĂ©ception et autre fermĂ© aprĂšs 19h et ce jusqu'Ă  8h Un numĂ©ro d'urgence, mais personne ne rĂ©pond mĂȘme aprĂšs 5 appels et un message vocal. Je suis arrivĂ© a 22h, bien entendu personne. RĂ©ception fermĂ©e... J'appelle et aprĂšs 10mins quelqu'un et arrivĂ©e. Le matin je devais etr partie vers 7h pour pouvoir prendre mon avion. Bien entendu encore une fois, impossible de faire le check out car la rĂ©ception n'ouvre qu'Ă  8h!!!! J'ai du laisser la carte sous la porte. En espĂ©rant que cela ait fonctionnĂ©. Je ne peux donc pas recommandĂ© cet Ă©tablissement ou il n'y a pas personnel.
