Horrible hotel. We booked this hotel at 10:45 pm after we missed our connecting flight due to delays. The front desk closes at 7pm. They do not tell you this until after you have paid. They send you an email with a number to call if you are checking in after 7:00pm saying someone is always onsite but no one answers the phone. When we arrived the doors were locked and another sign posted on the door with a different number to call for emergencies. No one answers this number either. There were 2 other families outside at that time with the same issue. They leave you stranded.

Rooms were ok. The area was nice, staff was horrible and mean. Not helpful at all, didn’t want to give us our Amazon packages. We had to ask her 10 times to check, she was 100% sure there were no packages and until someone else came out she had to check and found the packages that were right in front of her. Other than that the hotel is ok.
