Great helpful staff, the on site restaraunt and happy hour was awesome! Steps from the beach and boardwalk. Stayed in a 2 BR ocean view room and it was wonderful. Pool heated and nice, jacuzzi was small but enjoyable. Everything you need is here!

Overall, this was a decent place. The chair and umbrella beach service was nice. The room was clean at check-in, but we couldn't get it cleaned all week. You have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. That would have been fine, except the the dishwasher was broken, our trash was overflowing. We couldn't get fresh towels. We had to ask a housekeeper in the hallway for some. No one showed up to clean the room. Despite all of that, our stay was good and our family had a nice trip.

We had bugs on the counters and we immediately turned around and left. We received no apologies. We called Travelocity and they hung up and then sent us to voice mail when we called back. So now I will need to challenge all the charges after the hotel said we would not be charged. Travelocity has charged us as well.

The room was very large and spotless. The check in proceeded to tell me that check in was at 4 pm, when I arrived at 7:30 pm, was just a waste of a speech. But otherwise smooth. Hotel is huge, you have to pay for valet, and go across the street to another building for your room. I thought I was getting a beachfront room with a balcony, but I got the intercoastal. Still a beautiful room.

The entrance and street next to the hotel get flooded at night. We were there two nights and both nights it happened. It was odd because it would dry up in the day and flood at night(without any rain). Also, for two nights you will pay $180 in resort fees on top of whatever you paid on Expedia due to the mandatory valet parking policy. The roof top lounge, pool, and bar area were great as well as other amenities. Would be great if the drainage system was repaired but it looked like it affected the whole area(not just this hotel) and parking should be included in the online price since you’re already paying a lot per/night.

Nice hotel, great location, walkable to beach…Very limited on street parking. Valet Parking is the only option at $45 per night. At check in the agent did not acknowledge or seem familiar with the Expedia VIP Benefits. On the morning after check in I received a bottle of wine when I asked another agent.
