I stayed here with my four kids (18.16,12 &10) for 4 days of Spring Break. The location near the beach was perfect, and the boardwalk offered lots of options for food, drink and souveniers. The rooftop pool was awesome too, my kids enjoyed it. Loved the setup of our room, we had two bedrooms and a sitting area with a pull out couch-- perfect for 5 people! The full kitchen was nice too, I was able to have drinks and snacks there so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. I didn't like that you have to call 24 hours ahead for maid service, that is just inconvenient--so we did not have maid service during our stay. The hotel staff was responsive to any needs we had, though, including bringing extra pillows and blankets and fixing our bathroom sink. It was very clean and well kept, though, and easy to navigate. We were unable to get a late checkout on our last day, which was a bummer given how late our flight was--but we made due. Overall, it was a lovely property for this type of vacation and I would recommend it!

Staff were very helpful when coming in exhausted off of an airplane with suitcases and kids, the man at door very kindly took each of our suitcases and carried them up the stairs for us. And the lady at the front counter got us checked in early and made things simple. The rooms are huge and resembled the pictures on my booking. We can walk right in the beach and see the ocean from our room. We will return in the future before our cruises depart.

I loved my room, I was just very upset that I wasn’t aware of the $300 holding fee I had to put down upon checking in when I was only told I needed to pay a certain amount once I arrived. The staff made it seem like I should have known when I’ve never stayed in a hotel where I had to pay a holding fee. I thought I also had access to Wi-Fi and I tried reaching the staff the get the information while in my room and could not get through to anyone. I just think the staff could have been better about greeting and explaining your stay especially someone new. It seemed very unorganized and unprofessional.

Absolutely loved the hotel! From the Rooftop pool and jacuzzi and the Rooftop bar and grille!!! Centrally located to the boardwalk!!! Would definitely stay here again and bring my kids!!!
