Airport shuttle to pool was good. There is mild on the walls and pillows, the walls have earwax looking stuff on them, counters not wiped down, dirt all over the floor. And the headboard has white stuff all over it. The only bonus from what I seen was that there didn’t seem to bed bugs. Staff is very nice and friendly. But I would not stay here again.

This was one of our worst hotel stays and we stay in one at least once every month as a family. We checked in right after midnight. The room was set on 62. We bumped it up to 70 and the ac started leaking and the room started smelling burnt. So we turned it off. However the smell was so bad we had to turn it back on to blow out the smell. We notified front desk but as the hotel was completely booked, they just gave hs towels to soak up the water. Throughout the night the ac leaked to the point that there was a puddle of water covering the entire floor from the backwall where the ac was to the front door. Unbeknowst to us, my daughter got out of bed and slipped on the floor at 630 in the am. We notified front desk again who just typed it in the computer and sent someone up to mop the floor. Wed alrrady used all our towels and sheets from the bed to mop up the floor as best we could. Fortunately none of their bags were damaged or clothing was wet. Breakfast was okay but very limited. Theres a dennys next door though.

I know $95 a night isn’t the highest price, but I still expected a better stay. The room had cracks in the walls and ceiling, the hallway smelled moldy/mildewy, and when I tried to get water for tea in the lobby, it looked yellowish. The shower drain also had a very bad smell. Even at a lower price point, the basics like cleanliness and upkeep should be better.

Horrible stay. Dehumidifier in the room which should have been a huge red flag. Floors always wet. Couple travelling with us had a hole under the sill to the outside. They put a washcloth in the hole so that no bugs could come in. Disgusting. Hotel should be condemned.

I booked this hotel one day prior to my departure from FLL Airport. Being only 10 minutes away was very convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. However, their AC policy made my stay extremely uncomfortable. Guests are not allowed to turn off the AC. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the humidity, and their “solution” was to offer me another blanket. Really? On top of that, if you dare turn it off, you’ll be fined. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never been subjected to such nonsense. When I called the front desk, I was told I could raise the AC to 68°F… My 8-year-old froze, started coughing, and I was miserable. I never sleep with the AC on, and this made the night unbearable. For this reason alone, I will never book this hotel again. Beware. To make matters worse, the customer service at checkout was cold and unprofessional. The front desk agent should have stayed home. Also...the shower head had very low pressure!

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet as well. The refrigerator was broken which was a disappointment as we had leftovers from dinner. Breakfast was adequate but the eggs were not edible. Coffee selections were nice and the staff was courteous and friendly.
