Disappointed

Unfortunately, for the cost of Margaritaville on a nightly basis, I would think that you would have more service than what was offered. They charge you $58 to park your car per day above and beyond they are high nightly charge. And then you wheel in your own luggage, there’s no one there to greet you outside and take your luggage for you.. I was very disappointed. I expected to receive more of a hands-on service for the amount of money.

WOW!!!!! This was hands down our favorite hotel experience and cannot wait to get back! Everything was clean and Tony at the front desk was extremely patient and answered all of our questions as this was our first time staying at the resort. Everyone was amazing on the team but Tony went above and beyond and exemplified customer service at its best. He should be promoted to manager of the establishment! We stayed on the 14th floor, partial ocen view which was breath taking! We have a Margaritaville in our hometown but its NOTHING like this one! We will continue to drive 4 in a half hours to this specific location vs the 30 minute location nearest to us which says alot about this establishment! Kudos to the team!
